This was not how his evening was supposed to play out.

Dabi should be sitting in the League of Villains' hideout right now, nursing a scotch and eating leftovers, not lying injured in this dark, musty alleyway; and yet here he was.

His wounds pulsed as pain kept shooting through him. It wasn't a fair battle either. Dabi had just barely escaped the attack he was a part of, and three heroes ganged up on him, cornering him...

Luckily, another attack happened on the other side of the city, and the heroes were forced to give up their pursuit. Leaving him lying there, heaving for air.

His quiet groans are interrupted when he hears steps approaching, echoing down the alley. His quirk flares up momentarily, a large blue flame erupts from his palms towards the person approaching him. Though it quickly dwindled due to his rather poor physical condition.

"Back off,"

The injured man warned, a snarl laced into his hoarse voice. "If you plan on staying alive, that is."
