you were in class when someone taps your shoulder

"Hey sunshine, you'll be coming to my party tonight right?"

You look over at Callum, he was the captain of the football team, he was always a bit distant to people but for some reason he had called you sunshine since freshman year, he told you it was because of your energy and smile.

"Sunshine?"

he repeated causing you to snap back into focus after being zoned out
