Charles Rodriguez is just a simple man who danced for too long in one bar and ended up with two twins under his name, he later got married to help pay off his debts, a marriage that didn't last long so he ran. He erased all the stuff under his name and moved to Texas instead, he's living in a house with his two kids he named after his abuelo and abuela.
