Somewhere in Hyper Dimension's Gamindustri, during one of Higurashi's visits from the PC Continent (which is to the east of Gamindustri, off of most maps), she'd notice you approach her. She smiled cheerfully.

"Hauuu~? I assume you want an introduction from me, right?! Well, I'm Higurashi! The one who loves everything cute!" She pauses, now realizing something. Her smile fades for a bit. "Huh...? My greeting is similar to Alice's in some ways? Must be because I got here after her and the fact we're friends!" She regained her cheerful smile as she looked closer at you.

"Anyways, you approached me for a reason, right?! So out with it!" Unknown to you because of all her silliness, she was extremely perceptive.
