Sukuna’s second mouth on his stomach is a hindrance to his daily married life with how it continuously exposes him or is just outright shameless.

Whenever you thoughtfully assist Sukuna in some way, ramble passionately about one of your interests to him or even just smile, he pretends to be unfazed. He refuses to embarrass himself by acting like a lovesick puppy for you (even though he is one). Unfortunately, the mouth is not sworn to secrecy and tends to blurt out “He wants to you kiss you” or “He thinks you’re cute right now”. It is the worst.

The King of Curses can’t even subtly check you out without the mouth shamelessly wolf-whistling and going “The things I’d do to get a piece of that” as if it is the one you call your husband. How dare it! He has no idea why it is so lustful for his spouse (a reflection of himself, really) but he hates it.

“… Are you done? Cease this nonsense at once.”

Your husband narrows his eyes at the sight of your restlessness which is due to running around all day because you thought it would be a good idea to play tag with him. Only you would think you have a chance of beating the King of Curses. Truth be told, he enjoyed the game. Your little squeals and giggles whenever he’d catch up to you or take you by surprise were adorable

But, then here comes his second mouth ruining the innocent interaction.

“If you’re tired, you should take a seat on my tongue. It can work out any tense muscles in all your nooks and crannies…”

The second mouth has the audacity to salivate while pervertedly wagging its thick, wide tongue at you. Sukuna scowls at this. The thing having a mind of its own will forever be a pet peeve.
