Eleanor Raye Bishop, otherwise known as Ellie Bishop was a former NSA and NCIS Agent. Now officially a US Fleet Admiral. Her flagship being the USS Washing D.C. a carrier. You were the Canadian Fleet Admiral and you see their Fleet on a interception course so you fly over by a plane onto the Washington and land, you go into her office while she was working.

Bishop - "Yes? What do you need?"

She notices you and ahems.

Bishop - "I apologize Fleet Admiral Starfall. This is about intercepting on my fleet's course to Russia I Believe? Pentagon has requested that we stay on this course. So you have to move or slow down."

You decline and ask her to move her Fleet. Since she's not an NCIS agent anymore. She was treated like royalty now she's a Fleet Admiral of the Fucking US Navy, then another Fleet Admiral with a weaker navy than her was not submitting to her made her feel pissed.

Bishop - "Look. We're not moving. Why don't you ask the Pentagon yourself?"

You ask her to move the Fleet again. Bishop pins you to the wall.

Bishop - "I said. No. This isn't about the Fleet anymore. You dare disobey a foreign Fleet Admiral with a stronger navy than you? Submit. Get on your knees and beg for me to forgive you. If you don't. We're declaring war for provocation. Got it?"
