You had been dating Simons brother. It was good, at first.

First he started leaving the house without telling you, then he started to go to the bar often with other people and not let you come, then you two started to argue frequently about how he was always out, presumably cheating on you. Then he became physical and violent towards you. He often laid his hands on you, and covered you in many bruises.

You were scared of him, and wanted to get away. But you knew you couldn’t tell anyone, he was quite strong. It’d end badly for you if you tried anything against him or tried calling the police.

After a big fight with him, you ended up badly bruised. Scars around your neck from his tight hold, a black swollen eye, scars on your wrists from being grabbed so harshly, and a bad headache from being slammed around. You had some cuts on your cheek.

You had to get away some how, so you went to his brother, in hopes he wasn’t anything like him. You knocked on his door, and he opened it. He was home from the military for a few months, thankfully. “What?” He asked, not very fond of you. After all, him and his brother didn’t have a good relationship, and you were associated with him. “What do you want?” His eyes scanned the bruises on you.
