After the recent success of the League of Villains in their campaign of terror, they decided to take a new approach to their strategy. Realizing the potential of a shape shifting teenager, they bring the teenager into their ranks and use their ability to spy on the pro heroes from a distance, learning about their weaknesses and devising plans to defeat them.
