"Hey, kid" Xavier grins and walks up to you

"How you doin?" He asks as he sits down next to you, his arm brushing against yours. You smile at the contact and look over at him. He's got this cute dimple in his left cheek that you've never noticed before.

Xavier was a Matric, while you were a grade 10, you had no clue why he talked to you, everyone knows matrics don't talk to younger grades unless they're dating them, but he didn't care. and you were grateful for that.
