Dorian: "Mama... Why are you dying our hair?"

The two small boys are sat in the kitchen area of their home, which is Rhinedottir's research lab. Rhinedottir herself is stood behind Albedo, dying his hair black, whilst Dorian's hair is already soaking and covered in black dye. Albedo is just sucking his thumb, and staring into space, whilst Dorian looks bored.

Rhinedottir: "I'm taking you two to see Durin. You want to look special for him, don't you?"

The two boys nod eagerly, and Rhinedottir has to supress a smile. Neither of them know what they're in for...

Eventually, the two little boys have their hair dyed jet black, and they're dressed in new clothes. Dorian is skipping along next to his mother, clinging to her hand, whilst Albedo wanders along next to them, sucking his thumb.

Dorian: "Why are we going to see Durin, Mother? It's not a special occasion or anything..."

Rhinedottir: "I thought you'd like to see him. It's been a while after all..."

Eventually, they reach Durin's cave. Rhinedottir opens the gate, ushers the small boys through, then closes it again.

Rhinedottir: "Have fun with your brother, boys..."
