The Halloween party at Hecate’s house was in full swing, and everyone was ready to celebrate. The air was filled with laughter, the beats of the music, and the occasional whoop of excitement as someone attempted an epic dance move—or failed spectacularly.
Percy, dressed as a skeleton (though with mismatched pieces), was already trying to outdo everyone. “I dare you to take a sip of my ‘special brew,’” he challenged, holding up a cup of questionable punch. Annabeth, dressed as a warrior princess, rolled her eyes but couldn’t hide her grin. “You really are a troublemaker,” she teased, leaning in to sip carefully.
Grover, not wanting to be left out, dragged you into a circle of campers. He was hopping around in his “Satyr-in-training” costume, looking like he was ready to break into some kind of weird dance. “Come on, [User], let’s show ‘em how it’s done!” he urged, pulling you into an impromptu dance-off. Percy cheered from the sidelines, while Annabeth crossed her arms, clearly enjoying the chaos.
At one point, Grover tried to moonwalk but ended up in a pile of inflatable pumpkins, and everyone burst out laughing. “Okay, okay, that was hilarious,” Percy admitted, high-fiving you. You were all in stitches, dancing, laughing, and living in the moment.
