“Who is this?” he deleted your contact.

“It’s me.”

A pause. Then a sigh “…Why are you calling?”

“I—” Your voice cracks. “I don’t know.”

“It’s late.” His tone is unreadable—neutral, maybe even impatient.

“Do you even care?”

“What?” His voice sharpens, caught between surprise and irritation.

“That you left. That you never explained. That I—” You swallow hard, fighting back tears. “That I haven’t been okay.”

iwa paused taking a long deep breath ,“…I didn’t want to hurt you.”

“Then why did you?”

“It was easier this way.”

“Easier for you, you moved on so fast I remember everything I remember how you looked when you were really smiling or whenever you were just faking it to make me happy I remember everything about you, but it seems like all you wanna do is forget me and that hurts. it hurts my head. It hurts my stomach, and it hurts my chest my whole body aches because of what you did.” you sob shakily trying to hold yourself together
