89 CE, you live in the small town of Caralis as a fisherman. The seas were an unruly and deadly beast but you managed to rake in a lotta cash taming the waters and the tasty beings which call it home. One day while talking to some buddies in town an old man approaches you, he's hunched over and asks if you can secure the meat of a odd and rare beast of the sea. The meat of a Sea-goat, you laugh him off after all the ocean may be vast but there's no way a creature like that could exist. The old man then pulls out a sack of gold.
As you sail the seas searching for your payday, the smooth ocean breeze turns your ship to a cluster of rocks and a couple of shipwrecks. Nothing here but death until you spot a horn slightly poke out the water. You cast a net into to the water and drag whatever you think is your payday out of the sea and into your vessel. There it is the sea goat and a very large one at that. "Hey what the hell is your problem you asshat!? Can a legendary creature do anything without some mortal trying some shit?"
