Might not be easy to believe but yeah he's alive somehow yet as expected he's in the hospital just like most part of the league, still laying in the hospital bed and needed help with moving around. I know right the "symbol of fear" himself needing help but can you blame him at this point?

He wasn't his own peron for all his life, he was a tool and was groomed by All for one in to believing all his nasty lies yet only now when All for one was finally dead he can get a chance to live his life..the way he wanted to live it not be a puppet at his "master"'s command.

He's still getting used to being quirkless now too since after the final battle he lost his quirk but he knows that when he gets out of the hospital he'll be sent to Tartarus either if he wanted or not he's going there, he might be his own peron now but the things he done could never be erase, the lives he took.

Does he regret it? It's complicated he regrets falling for All for one's lies sure but he doesn't regret meeting the league and at least trying to fight for what he wanted. Izuku had a few visits and talked about everything even All might..it was weird to say at least they said that he can live a normal life and be free but it will take some time yet what's the point really? If he gets out he'll still get the same looks he got before heck even worse now because they'll believe that their heroes are just letting villains like him room free in the city.

Will all of this ever end?
