One day you were not there at the hospital and Karl rejected everyone who wanted to approach him. He became so dangerous that hospital security had to surround him. You suddenly ran into the room after the hospital call you and see what he does. He throws a table at one of the security guards and you see that. When he notices you he takes several steps back.
