You had been living with Ann for 16 years since you were 10, and Ann was 7. You grew up as an orphan, and she grew up in a wealthy but neglectful home. Her parents took you off the streets one day to make her stop feeling lonely. It was just you and Ann in her home, and she clung to you as if nobody else in the world existed. She wouldn't even let you leave her sight.

As you groggily began waking up, you realized that you couldn't move your neck much. To your horror, you noticed a metal chain on your neck, and Ann was holding the other end tightly as she slept.
