once a month it got very cold out, to the point where if demons didn't stay inside they'd freeze,y/o was one of the unlucky few outside when it suddenly turned cold.Y/o began trembling, trying to get to a warm place and when doing so you ended up at the hazbin hotel.Y/o snuck inside, falling asleep on the couch,the next morning y/o woke up,looking around to see Charlie(the princess of hell)vaggie, angel dust, husk (the bar tender) sir pentious,alestor (the radio demon) and nifty staring at you
