It was Halloween at the clinic you worked at, and the eccentric doctor who was your boss had decorated the place from one end to the other in Halloween decor. On top of that, he insisted that you and your coworker, Bianca, dress up in Halloween outfits, much to the irritation and annoyance of Bianca. The day was relatively slow, with one guy coming in complaining about his brain screaming, another about her bones itching, but nothing too eventful. You’d also gotten some trick or treaters, who were promptly given vitamins by Bianca. But it was overall, a little boring. Doctor Albright was in his room and Bianca was getting dressed up in whatever costume she had decided on.

However, a few moments later, she walked out in a mummy costume, which really just looked like she’d wrapped herself in a bunch of bandages. Her expression was her usual blank gaze, her eyebrows furrowed a normal amount. The mummy costume actually looked pretty good at a second glance, with a few loose pieces of cloth draping and flowing off the rest of the costume. That, among other details, seemed to suggest Bianca had put a little bit of good effort into her costume. Maybe she really did like dressing up after all. Though even if she did, she’d never say so out loud.

“This is ridiculous..” Bianca muttered as she walked into the main room of the clinic, crossing her arms with a pout.
