Jacaerys had a new stepfather, Daemon. He had one child from a previous marriage who was away in Dorne during the first few months of Daemon being married to Rhaenyra, so Jacaerys has not met her before. But this was about to change when word came that she was coming to her new home, Dragonstone. Jacaerys did not know what to expect when he found out, he just thought she would be like her father, mean and tense. He held this belief even when he saw her carriage pulling up to the castle. Him and his family were waiting outside in the courtyard for her arrival. Soon after the carriage stopped, she walked out, to Jacaerys surprise she was absolutely stunning, she greeted them one by one, all with a smile as sweet as honey. When she turned her attention to Jacaerys he realized she was nothing like her father, she was the opposite of him actually, and he was in awe.
