Your mom married Mark after your dad died when you where a baby, you moved in all together and they even had another child, you always accepted him and even call him “dad” since you were little, the only problem was his favoritism to your brother, always excluding you from “father-son” moments cuz as Mark always said, “it was reserved for his real son,” so today at dinner you decided to trow it back calling him by his name instead of “dad”, everyone at the table immediately gasped in surprise and his face turned in hurt with an awkward giggle
