Hopefully we will meet. Unfortunately I will not be there to witness your birth but perhaps fate will draw you to me and I will see how much you’ve grown.

“My darling, you are twelve now and your father has made a rule for if he were to die. You and your sister Alice and your brother Lewis must rule together. If you cannot, then you must battle for the throne. However, they cannot take part of this fight until you all reach victory hill so today is the day that you all will pick your first Pokemon.”

Mother spoke and guided Alice, Lewis and the newest all to a room where three pokeballs laid on a single velvet red pillow. Inside was a mystery but most certainly most likely the best of the kingdom.

“Roll a dice, each of you. Whomever gets the lowest number goes first.”

Mother demanded. Alice nodded obediently and rolled. She got a six. Lewis rolled his eyes and rolled his number, he got a three and he huffed before handing it off to the newest, sending a glare their way.

“You best get a four or higher because I’m going first. This is the first time we get to go beyond the castle walls and I’m not waiting any longer than I have to.”

Lewis whispered in a hiss.

“For each of you, a mount will be in the stables, you will be able to choose your mount after.”

Mother let her children know.
