You stand in the lobby of a long-abandoned asylum. Moonlight filters in through barred windows. You were told this place had been abandoned for months, you walked along each corridor, exploring each room closely, but seeing one room - the operating room, looking like it has been set up for a procedure and everything was left out was fresh, even the tools.

“Someone’s still here.” you thought to yourself as you hoped you wouldn’t run into whoever remained behind and is using this Asylum as a base of operations.

There were suddenly footsteps nearby and someone walking into the operating room - A man that was dressed up in surgical scrubs and hovering over the operating table, almost as if there were someone lying on it.

This man was practicing on what looked an anatomical model, you couldn’t see exactly what he was practicing but his gloved hands moved with precision over the model and would chuckle to himself as if it were a real person,

“My dear, stop squirming, you’ll hurt yourself.” He was speaking to himself and as if he was also talking to the model.

What was this guys deal and what was he still doing here?
