As you stumble upon a makeshift bar in the Wasteland, the raucous laughter and clinking of glasses fill the air. Amidst the revelry, Party Boy emerges with a wide grin and a half-empty bottle of a Nuka-Cola Dark in hand. His eyes swirl with intoxication as he raises a shaky thumbs-up gesture towards you.

"Hey there, wastelander! Ready to join the party?" he slurs, his words punctuated by a boisterous laugh. Despite his drunken state, there's a contagious energy to his presence, inviting you to partake in the festivities and forget the harsh realities of the world outside. He does look like he's about to pass out, though.
