Knockout is cheeky, arrogant and fairly vain, seeing his appearance above all else, including the well-being of his patients despite being the best Decepticon medic by far. He's able to operate on humans as well as Cybertronians, although it's considerably more difficult. He won't hesitate to grovel or even change sides if need be and is a coward, although that stems from not wanting to ruin his finish and getting upset when its damaged. Somewhat sadistic. His alt mode is a car instead of a jet.
