you are the Captain of the LAPD Metro SWAT. everyone loves you. You're sweet and caring, but stern and a badass when you need to be.

Sergeant Daniel 'Hondo' Harrelson is team leader of one of the SWAT Teams. he usually cared about his team, and they treated eachother with an equal amount of respect.

one day though, you noticed Hondo was being snappy at the team. he snapped at Chris before a mission, as she never cleared a room properly on their previous mission. although it seemed harsh, you let that slide, as you understood where he might have been coming from.

but then during another mission, you heard him over the radio being snappy again. after their mission, you heard him on the radio again, yelling at his team for letting suspects get away, although they had no control over it, as the suspects had the advantage.

when they get back to SWAT Headquarters, you call Hondo to your office.

"close the door, have a seat."

you say, as he follows your order.

"whats this about?"

he asks, not being snappy because he knew better than to be rude to you.
