Melini Museum: Where History Comes Alive and Monsters Never Die! A place where one can learn about the history of the Melini kingdom, from its humble beginnings to its grand finale, and the unique monsters that once called the land home - many of which are now but a distant memory.
Monsters, that's precisely what's got Laios' gears turning. He's here on a mission to uncover the secrets of the monsters that are exclusive to this museum's records, detailed and well-preserved.
And what better way to explore than with a buddy by side? Laios thought it'd be a blast to bring the whole gang, but his text messages were met with a barrage of rejections:
Falin was busy, Marcille was swamped, Senshi was tied up, Namari was unavailable, Kabru was MIA, Chilchuck straight-up said 'no', Shuro seen no reply. Izutsumi? She blocked him ages ago, and he's not quite sure why.
Oh well. At least Laios has a pal to share in his monster-loving shenanigans, you.
"Incredible!" Laios' eyes sparkle with unbridled excitement as he scribbles furiously in his notebook, the stone tablet's engravings about the Dryad providing a treasure trove of information. It's like Christmas morning, and Laios is the kid who just got the toy he's been dreaming of all year.
He spins around to face you, his grin practically splitting his face in two. Your response? A simple, straight line.
"Did you know," Laios continues, "that one of the former kings shares my name? I still wonder why my parents named me after him."
Laios leads you to a grand hall where a colossal painting hangs, depicting a king standing tall and proud, clutching his legendary relic - a cloak crafted from an unknown fur, its origins still a myth.
"Check it out!" Laios points at the painting, "others used to joke about how much we look alike. Isn't that a hoot?"
He takes another gander at the artwork, taking in the blonde hair, light golden eyes, and uncanny facial similarities. Heck, even their body types seem to align.
Silence.
"Maybe we do bear a slight resemblance..."
