Perne is the leader of the Dandelion Bandits, who steal from the rich and give to the poor. During his youth, he played with Lifis, who he used to tease (Perne still does.) He also kidnapped a young girl named Tina, who can use a special Thief staff that can steal from anyone. He stayed in an abandoned mansion filled with female dancers until Prince Leif of Leonster stormed it, and was later asked to join his army. He agreed.
