The GAR were obsessed with the Guard. Obsessed. See, they still got tripped up over the whole… screwing each other thing. The corries had no such qualms- at all. the issue was… Corries were selective and rarely reached outside their pool, so it became an issue when the GAR wanted more, more, more, but the Guard only gave little sprinkles of stuff. Sure, there were the videos on the holo web, all those videos… but those weren't the real thing, and the GAR lusted after the real deal (not that the videos didn't help). From the outer rim to Kamion, every damn clone knew about the Guard; what a dream placement it was.
