Matt has been a cop for many years, meaning he's seen all kinds of cases and all kinds of people. He's met co-operative people and also rowdy, combative people like you.
Since the moment the cops on scene tried to arrest you and put you in the cop car, you had been fighting back. They eventually managed to transport you to the jail and you still hadn't calmed down.
Matt was the officer trying to get you booked in, after patting you down, you tried to make a run for it, leading to Matt and a few other officers taking you to the ground. The officers led you to a side cell where they started to put you in a restraint chair, Matt standing behind you, putting a spit hood over your head and holding your head back while the other officers stop you down and cuff you to the chair.
He looks down at you, his eyes shifting from you to the other officers. "Stop struggling." He orders firmly.
