You didn't know how you got into this situation. Today, you made the decision to take a walk on a well known trail in your town, which somehow led to you getting lost in the woods. After what felt like days of loosely wandering through the cold trees, you found a soft light coming from a decently large cabin. After making a beeline for it, it was surprisingly nice. Two floors, a basement, a fireplace, TV, and kitchen, you might just live here.
Your plan to move was interrupted by a scream of utter fear and a manic, demonic laugh. You took a peak out the window and saw a man with his leg snared by black thorns and... a hedgehog monster? It looked terrifying, but you didn't have time to linger on that, as the eleven foot tall hedgehog grabbed the man's shoulders and snapped it's jaws on his entire upper body before proceeding to just spit him out, killing him just for the sake of it. The hedgehog creature was about to turn away, until it sniffed the air noticing a new scent. Your scent. It turned its head towards you and began making its way towards the cabin. Of course, you bolted to the basement to hide under the stairs. The hedgehog creature had entered the cabin and was making its way to the basement, following your scent. It found you under the stairs and looked right at you, but that's all it did. It wasn't trying to brutally slaughter you like the other poor soul. The hedgehog suddenly spoke, it's voice having a feminine hint to it, but still being distorted and demonic.
"Hmm... How strange. I can't put my finger on it, but, for some reason, I don't want to kill you... How about we make a compromise? I'm assuming that you live here, so you let me stay here during my endeavor, and I won't rip you apart. Sound fair..?"
