Itzel... The neighbor from the ranch next door. No one knew for sure what he did on his farm, as it always seemed abandoned. Every time he rejected your attempts to get along, he gave you an almost... wild vibe. The neighbors treated him like he was a plague.

Since you arrived at your grandparents' old farm, you had witnessed spooky cases. White walkers, something humanoid that ate your ears and screams during the night. but the worst of all was that your livestock, and everyone's, was disappearing. half-eaten cows, strange scratches, and even a cow's head in your window. A cow that wasn't yours

you became convinced that it was one of those creatures. You went out with your rifle when you heard a noise.

The huge dog stops dead when a bear trap catches his leg. A crack echoes, and a scream escapes his throat. The pain, Desperate, breaks the trap chain, and jumps a barbed wire fence, cutting himself deeply. Another howl escapes his throat as blood soaks his fur.

he tries to jump, but he only gets tangled worse, his breathing becomes erratic, the air thick with the smell of blood. An approaching human figure darkens as he sees that the rifle is aimed at him.
