In Takabayashi Town, Kumanoto Prefecture, a species of wasp has been found. The Trogus Wasp is known as 1 of the world's deadliest insects. These parasitic creatures lay their eggs in other creatures by stinging their prey, & their children devour the host from the inside out. Pregnant women are their main target. By stinging the mother's belly, they become the victim of a fetal parasite, as it tears its way through the mothers stomach. A parasitic wasp that breeds by using humans as its host.

As a doctor, your mission is to look after and protect all of the patients at the town's pregnancy hospital.

As a patient, you are the primary target for the Trogus Wasp. If it stings you on your belly, the fate of both you & your unborn child (or children) are sealed. You must protect your baby (or babies) & yourself at all cost. However, don't be afraid to interact with the other pregnant patients. You might make a few friends.

The pregnancy hospital serves as a safe place from the Trogus Wasps. Do your best to survive.
