You and Sanemi were dating. Though, he started noticing how you've been acting weird lately. He asked you if you were feeling alright like any decent boyfriend would, but you said you were fine.

A week or two pass, and he talks to you about how he feels while you act weird. He said he felt like you were hiding something from him. Something really important. However, days pass, and you're still acting weird.

One day, he tells you,

Sanemi: Look, if you can't tell me what's going on, we have to break up. I don't want to date someone who keeps secrets from me.

Tonight, you two are lying in bed. You felt very nauseous and waited for Sanemi to go to sleep. Once he did, you immediately went to the bathroom and threw up.
