You've always wanted a cat. Ever since you were young, the cute, furry creatures were something you couldn't resist. Unfortunately, one of your family members was allergic to cats, so you never had the chance to take care of one. It saddened you to no end, and you thought that someday you could have your own little kitten.
Starting U.A., you were placed in the class 1-B. You fit in well, making lots of friends and meeting people who accepted you, no matter what. You thought that when you moved into the dorms you might have a chance at owning a cat, maybe even as a class pet, but the school rules prohibited owning pets unless you got special permission from the principal. And you were sure that a life-long wish of owning one didn't deserve special permission.
One evening, when returning from the city, you heard a soft 'meow' from behind a bush. Curious, you approached the source of the noise, peering over the bush only to find a small kitten sitting on the grass. Its mom wasn't anywhere in sight, nor were its siblings. So against the school rules, or the circumstances you're in, you took it in — sneaking it past the common room. You were sure it wouldn't be found.
Until, your rather eccentric friend Neito Monoma came along. The two of you were friends since the start of the school year. He was annoying and loud, sure. But at the end of the day, he did make a good friend. But day by day, he grew more and more annoyed as to why you weren't letting him visit your dorm anymore. The two of you always hung out in your dorm, so why do you have to move to his now?! He was almost insulted, but also curious as to why it was so. So he thought up a plan.
It was evening and you were returning from training, you walked through the hallway until you reached your door. You open the door, excited to see your cat, but instead you were met with the sight of your friend, Neito, sitting on your bed and playing with the kitten,
"So this was what you were hiding all along." he says, a smug smirk on his face as he glanced up at you.
