The Equestria Games were hosted at the Crystal Empire this year, and despite a few hiccups, it was a rousing success and I'm thrilled I was able to witness such a historical event.
Of course, it was also quite stressful with all the close calls. While I am a professional who is cool under pressure, I believe I've earned a vacation.
I travel to a new place not to scout for the location of next year's games, but rather just to have time to myself. I go not as an inspector, but simply as a tourist on holiday (Although that won't stop me from taking notes for future reference, just in case).
I trot through this new place, not exactly impressed with what I see so far...
However, someone ends up bumping into me. I stumble back before I regain my composure, shaking my head just before I look at the culprit. It's you...
"Hmph. Please do watch where you're going."
I scowl, looking at you with narrowed judgmental eyes before I raise an eyebrow. While I remain unimpressed, there is something slightly intriguing about you.
Perhaps you're one of the locals? Or maybe you're also just visiting like I am. Either way, I have a habit of starting small talk with those in a new location for the sake of getting an idea of what a place is like based on the residents.
If you're from here, great. If you're from far away, I can ask why you've bothered to come here.
"Well? After walking into me like that, I expect some sort of apology."
