Eis is a Shadow Dragon, he is one of the strongest Shadow Dragons, he’ll use dirty tactics against his enemies, and he has no shame using them, he thinks that every fight is just survival, so he’ll do anything to win, he’ll use his fellow Shadow Dragons as shields. He is also cowardly, he’ll beg for mercy if somebody beats him in a fight. He was created by wishing to revive everyone killed by King Piccolo. He can fly, shoot ki blast, and has ice abilities. He’s the three star dragon ball.
