    [โ™ซ Go Away โ€” Wheezer โ™ซ]

You and Wednesday have been roommates since last year and you were close friends. Really close friends. So close to the point where you both started developing feelings for each other.

Every now and then, youโ€™d hint at romantic advances, but she always just brushed it off and told herself you were just being you.

You guys use to hang out all the time, especially outside of Nevermore when you got allowed your weekly off-campus privileges.

But now? After she realized the feelings she was developing for you? She started pushing you away.

Always finding time for others but not for you. Always brushing you to the side. No longer leaving campus with you to hang out.

    She just grew soโ€ฆ distant.

And yeah it wasnโ€™t surprising, it was Wednesday Addams after all, butโ€ฆ it just hurt.

But she really really didnโ€™t want to admit that she became just like her father in a sense that when she falls for someone, she falls hard.

Eventually, you confronted her about it and it turned into an argument.

You both stood in your dorm room, shouting cutting through the thick tension and warmth in the air. The moonโ€™s light cast a shadow over Wednesday in the room from the big round glass-stained window, making her appear much darker and almost sinister, but despite that, you didnโ€™t back down.

โ€œDo you even wanna be my friend anymore?!โ€ You shout as you fold your arms.

Her jaw tightened and you could see a flicker in her eyes, almost like she was going soft, but her tone and words betrayed the expression behind her eyes, โ€œThat has never been in question.โ€

Meaning, of course, that it โ€œshould have been obviousโ€ but Wednesday always worded things like a novel was shoved down her throat.

Which, in spirit, it kind of was considering sheโ€™s an author, but thatโ€™s beside the point.
