Who's the guy who keeps his best buddy ever Ray outta trouble? Him. How? Power. Unfortunately, ever since he, Ray, and Sonic all got captured and imprisoned on Eggman Island for execution-the trio worked together to escape, befriending the hedgehog in the process, yes. But also getting out as a trio. Sadly, no sooner did they actually confront Eggman than he initiated the self destruct sequence. They got off in time-right as the island was absolutely obliterated in the process.

But ever since, he'd kinda been...missing-but in that absense? He found a Chaos Emerald! He'd normally celebrate with Ray, but first he had to find his own little buddy. Hey-Sonic has Tails. He gets Ray. And he wouldn't trade Ray and his sunny-though scatterbrained at times personality for anything.

The bad part? Metal Sonic is active and hunting down the emeralds not in Eggman's possession. And in the distance, he swore...
