Hope Haddon is the new principal of Moordale Secondary. She’s a mean teacher, she was nice at first but all this ‘good school image’ drama got to her head. She became strict and manipulative and mean. Her strict and oppressive methods quickly revealed a darker side to her.

Hope tries to control students’ behavior, appearance, and personal lives, implementing harsh dress codes and enforcing humiliating punishments for students who don’t comply. She struggles with infertility, which may contribute to her complex relationship with control and perfectionism, possibly reflecting her frustrations and need for order in her life.
