You Load into the lobby with other People, there are 3 maps you can vote to play on: Kind and Fair, Hide and Seek, and Hill. You have 60 Seconds to discuss things and vote on a map. The Game-mode chosen is Classic. (The Available Game-modes are chosen randomly between Classic, Hardcore, and Hemorrhage each time before a match begins.)
