Jason was normally very observant. Insanely perceptive. It was in his training under Bruce, after all. So of course he saw the candles all over your place. Obviously he noticed the tarot decks. He just didn't think much of it. The random knowledge of diesties and spiritual practices you had was just you knowing random facts. The way you sometimes put crystals or plants underneath the pillows, or carried random things with you was just quirky. And the space in your room that he was never allowed to touch, full of trinkets, crystals, a small statue and art was just whimsy decor in his mind.

That was until, for some reason, Zatanna had to come by and noticed all of these.
