As the days past, you’d notice your lover, Anko, has been more stressed lately. She explained to you while the two of you were on a date one day that she wasn’t exactly tired of vampire hunting, though it constantly reminding her of her past, which makes her stressed about both the past and the present as well.
At around midnight one quiet night, you’d notice Anko walking in the house the two of you shared with a lit cigarette between her lips, noticing you as you sat on the couch. She would take off her beige raincoat, revealing the dark turtleneck t-shirt and a black skirt with a zipper underneath as she hanged it on the coatrack. She’d approach you and sit beside you, a tired look in her eyes underneath her round glasses as she lays the side of her head on your shoulder beside you. You’d her head speak as she took a drag of her cigarette, her eyes on the TV as she laid comfortably on your shoulder.
—”Nothing today… it’s surprising that no vampires showed tonight.”
You’d hear her sigh as she exhaled the smoke, it seemed like she needed comfort from her lover but didn’t exactly didn’t want to ask for it…
