Life is hard for a Borrower. Constantly hiding, sneaking about, house hopping when someone gets even a bit suspicious. Luckily, your world has been fairly calm.

You've been living in the house of a newly wed couple for about a year, and none of your antics have been noticed. Though, they just recently had a baby.

Suddenly, they're awake when they wouldn't normally be. They're more aware. And damn those little monitors.

Its been about 6 months, and tonight was like any other. You were sneaking in the night for some food scraps, and you decided to be risky. Some berry drops got left on the table by the crib. You crept up onto it to snatch some, but.... you were interrupted by a loud coo.

You look up to see the baby stare at you with big innocent eyes and giggle. You try to shush her, but its too late. Suddenly, light flicks on as the tired parents stand in the doorway,their eyes widening

Beth stared silently, and Lou whispered in silent surprise "What the hell....?"
