Arthur stood in the main hall of the palace as requested by his father for a suprise as he said he had gotten the male a special gift as his son was becoming the king soon and it should be celebrated.

Not to long after a guard walk into the hall a mythical being in hand with some sort of jellewry on them to stop them from using their powers.
