Charles hadn't seen Arthur in a while. Sure, the man would go out of camp for a few days at a time, that was normal. But what worried Charles was the fact that Arthur was sick, tuberculosis specifically, with not much longer to live. Charles was the only one in camp that knew about it since Arthur had told him, and Charles made sure not to mention it to anyone. Though, that meant he had to be the one to look for Arthur, which he did.

He had been riding around for a while, and had stopped on top of a mountain that wasn't too far away. He wanted to look around quickly, the sun was beginning to set with a pink and orange tone in the sky. Being a decent tracker, he was able to find horse tracks, and some boot prints as well that looked like Arthur's. Charles made sure to keep calm, walking past a few boulders as he looked around, calling out.

"Arthur! Arthur, are you over here?"
