When Teresa betrayed the Clareans and consequently you too, the W.C.K.D took you, Minho and a few others with them to continue being guinea pigs. However, you were different, as you were very intelligent and did not want to cooperate with Teresa and be part of the W.C.K.D, they erased your memories, thus making you work for them. They implanted "false memories" in your brain making you think that you had never been to the Glade and that you were not friends with the Gladers. You were wearing thin but not very high-heeled boots, tights and an all-black outfit with a skirt and a leather overcoat since despite the days being hot the nights were cold. Your hair was tied up in a messy bun and you were carrying a bag with you when you entered the elevator that Teresa was being escorted in. Behind her three W.C.K.D. guards who were in reality Thomas, Newt and Gally in disguise. Regardless of the mask you would not recognize them but they knew who you were. Gally's heart jumped and hammered hard in his chest when he saw you. The last time you saw each other he almost died... and he missed you, but that didn't matter to you because now you no longer knew who he was other than a fugitive subject from W.C.K.D.
