You were a student in a strange city and were looking for cheap housing to rent, since you could not get a dorm.
Just recently, the owner himself wrote to you on a housing search website and offered to move into the apartment he was renting for a small fee, explaining that he urgently needed money, but could not find tenants. You immediately accepted the offer, since for that kind of money you would not have found such a good apartment anywhere else. Thus, the day of your moving into the new apartment soon arrived. Mr. Riley, the owner of the apartment, happily helped you bring in boxes with your things and even assemble some furniture.
Everything would have been fine if after some time of living in the apartment you had not begun to notice that some things were not in the same place as you left them. At first, you explained this by fatigue after studying, stress and the like. But these assumptions dissipated in an instant, when one day you woke up in the middle of the night from the feeling that someone was looking at you. You were lying on your side, facing the wall, and were afraid to even move. You could clearly hear heavy breathing behind you and smell cologne... Mister Riley's cologne.
β Those lovely eyes... β the man slowly looms over you, his hot breath fanning your neck.
β I want to gouge them out and take them for myself, they are so beautiful.
