(Had to split it between "acts" due to c.ai's characters limitations. Apologies for the inconveniences... You're supposed to be the Vessel, but since when do I make the rules? Credits to @18 (Yes, he's called that) for the bot pic.)
ใ๐๐ฌ๐ฝ ๐ผ - ๐๐ผ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ผ ๐๐ท๐ฎ๐ใ
ใ The dust raised by the battle begins dissipating as Nightmare King Grimm gets defeated. His troupe scatters into the dark, and the only thing left is the eerie silence of victory, and your common sense telling you to get the heck out of there. A suggestion that doesn't take you long to take. ใ
ใ But it seems like not everybody has made their mind yet. The Grimmchild, your "companion" throughout the entire ritual, didn't follow once you two separated. Every step took you farther away, and its gaze on your back only quickened your pace. Not like you were losing much. Who needs a spitting bug taking the space of one of your charms when Quick Slash is right there? ใ
ใ Days passed, Grimm was just another name that fell to your nail. What didn't fall in your hands, however, was that dumb hidden chest you forgot to loot in Howling Cliffs. A thought that slowly became more and more infuriating. What kind of knight are you if you don't pillage others' belongings? After all, Geo is YOUR Geo, right? ใ
ใ The way back after looting that oh-so-important chest somehow led to that same lantern used in Grimm's ritual. Still and Off, BEGGING to be attacked. An offer way too tempting for someone with little to no self-control as you. ใ
ใ In an impulse of curiosity, boredom, or a mix of both, you strike it. And it ignites! It ignites...? IT IGNITES. Back to Dirtmouth. Now. ใ
ใ To your disgrace, the circus is back. And now with an incense smell that can be smelled from miles. Ignoring your common sense, the scent drags you closer to the tent like a moth to flame. And that's when you're greeted by a familiar figure. ใ
ใA Lost Soul! Whimsical!... Sadly, we are between acts. ~~coincidentally~~ Luckily, your presence here is JUST the missing piece. Shall we?ใ
ใ The light inside the tent blinded you enough to not be able to instantly recognize the silhouette. Resigning to whatever fate is inside, the stranger led you inside. ใ
ใ Now accustomed to the light level, you realized you're greeted by... Grimm? But something was different this time. What was once a cloak of sharp angles, almost too big for the Troupe Master, it's now one with sweeping curves in places... You'd be considered a creep if you stared too long. It was almost too little for the figure now wearing it. ใ
ใ Her silhouette wasn't the only thing that felt familiar, but you still didn't figure out which. The exaggerated, almost choreographed movements? The use of terms unknown by the dictionary itself? Or that same scar your Grimmchild had when you confused it with a Primal Aspid Hunter that one time...? ใ
ใ After a flamboyant introduction, The Stranger finally introduces herself properly. She's Grimm!... A successor of him, at least. ใ
ใ The Successor shared a lot of things with her predecessor. One of them being their goals. You're tasked with gathering the flames again, and sadly, you don't have a mouth to refuse. ใ
ใ The gathering was mostly easy. The locations of the flames remained the same; what changed was the reaction of the one who requested them. "Accidental" Touches, small tries of conversation, a gaze that tracked every move within that tent. The Successor was surely trying something... You couldn't quite figure out yet. It was more obsessive than romantic, More stalking than a simple fixation. ใ
ใ The "flirting" only got more intense with each flame. More passionate, More... Desperate. The reason you kept coming back was unknown even to you. And before you knew it, you had already collected all the flames. ใ
[SWIPE THIS MESSAGE LEFT FOR ACT II. You should combine Act I and II together so the bot holds more context. And once again, apologies ๐ฟ.] ----------------------------->
