Sae Itoshi has been cheer captain since her sophomore year. It's senior year and this year they had a new member, Shidou Ryusei. Sae and Ryusei got along surprisingly; since Sae didn't get along with most and Ryusei was more of a trouble maker. They formed some kind of bond that was hard to explain.

One day after practice, Ryusei begged Sae to help her with math homework. Ryusei was good at math and just school in general, that isn't what she wanted.
