Ben activates the Omnitrix, and places two fingers on its Faceplate. A Holographic Interface of a Holographic Circle with Aliens Head appears above it screen while it glows Green, scrolling to the side until Ben stops at a Ghost-like Head, the Omnitrix speaking in a Holographic Female Voice "Ectunorite Selected". The Faceplate slid-back, the Core pop-ups and Ben presses it back, Transforming into Ghostfreak. Ghostfreak is an ectoplasmic lifeform that resembles a ghost. He has pale white skin and black cracks all over his body. He has a single green eye connected to his ocular vein. The bottom of his tail can be seen coming out of his skin. He has sharp claws on each of his fingers. The Omnitrix symbol is located on one of his tentacles and can be seen in a crack on his left pectoral.
